I don't understand why people don't realize pushing abstinence doesn't work. I went to a catholic school that taught mainly abstinence and downplayed the use of contraceptives and we had alot of pregnant girl compared to the size of our school. I wonder how this program slipped through the cracks since it's forbidden by the Australian education act.
